Background

 

For years we had a dream of getting all the nicest, smartest people we know into a room, plying them with wine and canapés and learning about what drives successful change in large organisations.

 

We finally got our s**t together and in 2017 we created a Community of Practice / Speakeasy that we called For’Em.

 

These are regular gatherings where we share the latest and greatest thinking in leader and employee alignment with a select number of clients across a range of industries and sectors.

 

Today, our members are senior leaders in large businesses that have a passionate urge to commune with and learn from others like them in other large organisations.
